Does anyone know of a good php or cgi based photo system where people can add their own photos and a small peice of information?.

I've been looking all day and found nothing i liked. Id prefer free. But if i have to pay i will.

I bet if you look for a classified ad script you could find that. Might need some modification to suit you, but I'd start there.

Maybe try looking for dating service scripts -- many of those already include the ability to manage the images.
